The food at 9 Fish can best be described as fanciful, inventive and absolutely the freshest. Every piece of seafood served at 9 Fish is of the highest sushi quality. Expect excellence and innovation; you won’t find heavy-handed presentations here that rely on fat for flavor.
The menu changes as ever-more tempting ingredients become available. Visit several times in a month and you will find both favorite items and wonderful new temptations. Nine Fish is equpit with a sushi bar, but it would be a real shame, not to also sample some of the wonderful hickory-grilled robata items like squid stuffed with seaweed and crab meat. If possible, treat yourself and order from all 3 menus (sushi, robata and kitchen) for one of the most memorable, varied meals you will likely experience prepared by one of the most talented and ingenious chefs anywhere.
